Municipal Liquor Store

The City of Roseau owns and operates an off-sale liquor store at the intersection of Minnesota Highways 11, 89 and 310. Available for sale at this store are a wide variety of brands and types of beer, wine, spirits, cigarettes, cigars, and soft drinks.  A 2017 expansion of the store has allowed the store to increase its offerings with additional craft beers, unique spirits, featuring the best selection of scotch in the northland!  The newly expanded store not only provides a dedicated wine area with a wide variety of wines, but also allows for a more pleasant shopping experience.  Stop by and check us out!   

Revenue generated from the the Liquor Enterprise is contributed back to the community through transfers to support other city programs such as parks & recreation, public safety and public improvements.
