Roseau Industrial Park

The Roseau EDA is offering industrial sites for sale or lease in its Industrial Park. The Roseau Industrial Park, located on the city’s west side, provides full infrastructure across 10 sites ranging in size from 2 to 16.5 acres. Water, sanitary sewer, storm water drainage, paved streets, electric, natural gas and high speed data and communications are all available in the park. Site costs range from $4,000 to $7,500 per acre.

The park is located on a truck route, County Road 120, with interchanges at Minnesota Highway 11 (E-W) and Minnesota Highways 89 & 310 (N-S). The park also provides easy access to the adjacent Polaris Industries Complex. The City of Roseau is the electric, water and sewer provider.
