City Council Enacts Business Licensing for the Sale of Cannabinoids (THC Infused Products)

On July 27, 2023 the Roseau City Council amended the Roseau City Code to regulate the sale of cannabinoids or THC infused products (drinks and edibles).  Any retailer seeking to sell THC infused products must follow the newly adopted city regulations and obtain a license from the City of Roseau.  The fee for a license to sell THC infused products is $2,000.

Any retailer seeking to sell Cannabinoids in the City of Roseau must also be registered with the State of Minnesota
