City Proclaims February 29, 2024 Jasmine Hovda Day

The City of Roseau is proud to announce February 29, 2024, as Jasmine Hovda Day, in honor of her contributions to the Roseau Girls Hockey Tradition. Jasmine Hovda was named Girls Hockey AA All State Honorable Mention and to the 2024 Minnesota State AA Girls Hockey All Tournament Team for her accomplishments during the 2023-24 Season and in the 2024 Girls AA State Tournament.  Jasmine led the Lady Rams in scoring helping the team to a Section 8AA Championship and a sixth place finish at the 2024 Girls AA State Tournament.
