City Seeking RFQ's for City Airport Engineer

The City of Roseau is seeking proposals from qualified airport architectural and engineering consultants to perform on-going land-surveying, preliminary design, design, bidding and negotiation, construction inspection and administration, project closeout, environmental consulting and related services for the Roseau Municipal Airport.
