Public Input Wanted on Proposed Rental Housing Inspection Ordinance

The Roseau City Council and Roseau Planning Commission are seeking public input on a proposed rental inspection ordinance.  The rental inspection ordinance is proposed to protect the public health, safety and welfare of the community at large and the residents of rental dwellings in the City of Roseau.  Anyone with a comment on the proposed ordinance should forward those comments to the Roseau Community Development Coordinator at todd.peterson@city.roseau.mn.us for consideration by the Planning Commission and City Council as they contemplate the possible adoption of this ordinance.
