Roseau City Parks

1. City Park

Beautiful Park on 40+ acres along the Roseau River! Come join us at the playground, on our incredible disc golf course, or enjoy an outdoor meal on any of our patios/picnic areas! There is ample space along the river for fishing, and we have a large dock and kayak launch available for use! 

Park shelter available for rental for your events

 

2. South River View Park

This 10 acres park located at the intersection of Center Street E and 2nd Avenue NE along the Roseau River across from the City Center is still under development with future development proposals on display in the lobby of the Roseau City Center.  

Amenities - Splash Pad, Skateboard Park (added in 2018), Paved Trails, ATV Trail, Riverbank Fishing, Sledding Hill, Picnic Shelter, Restrooms/Change Room, Basketball Court

3. River View Park 

This 5 acre park located on 3rd Avenue NE across the Roseau River from the Roseau City Center is home to the Roseau County Veteran's Memorial, the Roseau County Public Safety Memorial and a new Gazebo.  Future plans for the Riverside Park include additional gardens, trails and landscaping.  Park improvement proposals are posted in the Roseau City Center for public review and comment.

4. North Star Park

10 acre park located in SW Roseau in the Klema Neighborhood at the intersection of 7th Street SW and 8th Avenue SW.

Amenities: Playground, Ballfield, Soccer Nets, Picnic Shelter, BBQ grills 

 

5. Main Avenue Pocket Park

Located in the heart of Downtown Roseau on Main Avenue North this park provides a quaint location for a picnic, to read a book or listen to a local band. 

Amenities: Picnic Tables, Seating, Landscaping

 

6. Mothers Memory Park

Located in the heart of Downtown Roseau on Main Avenue North this park provides a quaint location for a picnic, to read a book or listen to a local band. 

Amenities - Picnic Tables, Seating, Landscaping

 

7. West Side Park

5 acre park located on Center Street West west of the West Side Mobile Home Park. 

Amenities: Playground equipment, Zip Line, Ballfield, Basketball Court
